You can export your Phrasebook in two ways now:
- To our other app called Reji that lets you practice words with an efficient spaced repetition memorization algorithm; It's one click easy.
- To CSV; You can also get a CSV file with your words/phrases. However, it requires a little workaround today as you can't export CSV files directly from Mate's iOS app now.
Export to Reji
In Phrasebook, open a word list you'd like to export and simply tap Learn in the top right corner. Mate will ask you what language do you want to learn and then open the given word list directly in Reji.
In Reji, you can modify (rename, add new words, edit already existing ones) by tapping View & Edit. To practice, tap Learn Words.
Export to CSV
Even though our iOS app doesn't support export to CSV directly, our browser extensions do. And using Mate Account you can easily synchronize your Phrasebook from iOS to a browser extension and export it as a CSV file there.
Sign up or make sure you're signed in app settings on iOS.
Sign in to the same Mate Account in the browser extension.
Go to Phrasebook in the browser extension and click that sync button in the top left corner. It will pull up your word lists from iOS.
Open it and then click on the Download button in the top right corner (next to sync). Voíla! CSV file is on your disk.
